Our bottling is not fundamentally a peat hammer, but is distinguished by its gentle peatiness à la the 60s, which whets the appetite for more with a baked apple scent, underpinned by a wonderful sweetness. The palate shows delicate roasted and sweet wine flavors to the usual peat. All in all, an invigorating and fresh Islay malt.
