The light one for the summer aperitif
Do you remember "The Singleton of Auchroisk", the original bottling of the distillery from the 1980s? It was already convincing back then as a fresh and light aperitif malt, was on the market for a while, but then disappeared from the scene for a long time.
Tasting
We have complemented this light malt with fruity port notes. This complements the citrus with the scent of red berries and is completed by a cereal vanilla note. The palate shows mace and wonderfully spicy wood notes so that the finish, fresh, spicy and fruity screams summer. Auchroisk is a digestible light malt, the perfect introduction to an enjoyable evening.
