Tasting
This delicate single malt is too good to be included in Pernod Ricard's blends. It is an outstanding whisky that deserves more recognition as a single malt. The TWCC-typical finishing in sherry casks for three years has given it spiciness and floral aspects in addition to its complexity. On the palate, you can taste dried mango and liquorice. The finish is spicy and complex, as befits its age. A sublime whisky at a worthy age!
